In my circle of life, pre-pandemic is equally bouncing back nicely. I am so pleased to see how we are all resilient in the most positive ways.
Congratulations, Dianne, on having 5000 subscribers. Congratulations to all who are subscribers as yet another witness to our hunger for the positive news and content about food, which Dianne provides.
Dianne! I'm so glad you wrote about the conference, as I was sad not to attend this year and not to hear much about it from others. To say IACP has been so formative in my career, especially at the onset, is an understatement. The value of seeing so many leaders and expanders in one place when you are starting out, or restarting, or rebooting, or just need reconnection is huge. Long live gatherings. I miss Greenbrier so much (which, frankly, changed my entire trajectory--as you well know!) and I hope we can all gather again with gusto next year.
Thank you. I hope we can gather, because I would love to give you a hug next year and spend some quality time catching up. But boy, we need to help IACP get some new members if we want them to keep going. Nancy just told me in an email that they are looking for new board members too. (And yes, I remember that Greenbrier, and how Bill LeBlond grabbed the opportunity to work with you. The rest is history!)

Thank you Syndi. Happy to have you as a subscriber.
5,000! Wow!! Congrats!!!
Thanks Wayne. I know you’re trying to build your base for your newsletter.
I sure am . . . and with the wisdom I've gleaned from your "Will Write for Food" I'm optimistic!
